TONY KENT Options Founder, Managing Director Tony Kent has over 20 years experience in marketing, starting with Unilever UK and working for major multinationals in Asia, USA and Australia up to Asia Pacific Director level in Ansell. He has become a leader in the field of online marketing and is well known for his command of research on internet consumer behaviour and practical expertise. SHARON NELSON General Manager Sharon Nelson is a seasoned online professional with over 20 years of experience working with major organisations such as realestate.com.au, Pacific Magazine & Printing group, Australia Post and Isis Communications. Her career has focussed on delivering strong outcomes and success for clients using direct mail, e-commerce and online marketing strategies. With this vast amount of experience across major industries, from retail to finance and real estate, Sharon spends her time ensuring a total end-to-end solution is a key consideration to grow your business, online. BRANKO OCKO Account Project Manager Branko brings over ten years of substantial, hands-on online experience to Spark Green, covering business communications, account and project management. He has worked for blue chip companies including IBM, IT Logistix Group and Urbanwave, Branko has been actively involved with both national and international projects in Australia, China, Hong Kong and the US. He enjoys a challenge and knows how to get the best out of the team to deliver results that meet client expectations. CATHY HOWLEY Creative Manager and Writer Cathy is the creative writer and manager for Spark Group. She has extensive experience in top international advertising and direct marketing agencies in Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Indo China. These include Wunderman, Young & Rubicam, DDB, Euro RSCG and George Patterson Bates. Cathy has worked across all business categories, from finance to airlines, tourism to retail, and has won many awards for her work. BRAD SMITH Technical Manager Brad brings his programming and technical expertise to Spark Group, enabling us to explore new and inventive ideas. He has experience in developing web sites, dynamic content managers as well as application development. His skills include developing in PHP, Java, ASP, C, C#, MySQL and many others. If there's a way to do it, Brad will work it out. ROBERT TAYLOR Web Designer Rob is our head designer with years of experience in User Interface design and development for projects such as websites, email campaigns, Online education and more. He has experience in several programming languages such as HTML, CSS, ActionScript, PHP and Javascript. In addition, Rob's creative flair extends right across Adobe Suite with Flash Animation, Logo development and branding, adding a colourful dimension to our in-house services. ALAN LEE Technical Developer Efficient and resourceful, Alan works closely with our Technical Manager to handle our production and development needs. He has over eight years of working experience in both web development and computer system administration with a particularly strong affinity for financial services, having worked for The Bank of China for four years. He has an excellent background across different programming languages and web environments. Neisha Isver Search Marketing Specialist Neisha hails from New Zealand and oversees the exciting growth area of Search Marketing for our clients. She has strong international experience in paid search and isn't phased by thousands of lines of clicks and conversion reporting. Neisha has both the passion and the knowledge for this dynamic online discipline, exploring all the variables to produce the best outcomes and results.
